ASPECTOS FÍSICOS E DE INFRAESTRUTURA DA MALHA RODOVIÁRIA: ENTRAVES AO DESENVOLVIMENTO DA INDÚSTRIA EM RORAIMA

Abstract

This article aims to discuss how the physical aspects related to the infrastructure of the road network contribute to accidents with walkers, and how this situation affects the industry in Roraima. The research is bibliographic and descriptive in terms of the exploratory and qualitative approach, as it seeks to familiarize with the problem. The results start from the content analysis and demonstrate that Roraima has a single scale and this situation promotes several problems, among them the excess load, which can cause accelerated pavement wear and which, in turn, can affect the traffic on the highways, affecting directly the Roraima industry. It is concluded that the public power most of the time does not contribute to the improvement of the road network, and thus, companies seek through new technologies to avoid human and material losses.
