Abstract
The culture of innovation has become a strategic concept of differentiation and for increase of competitiveness which is why it is the object of this essay through an empirical analysis undertaken by the Local Innovation Agents Program (ALI), an interinstitutional partnership between the Brazilian Service of Support to Micro and Small Enterprises (SEBRAE) and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) developed with a group of 89 small companies in 2020.
