Abstract
The evolution of children's and adolescent rights has acquired significant guarantee institutionalization in Brazil since the publication of Federal Law no. 8,069/1990, known as the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, thus demonstrating the emergence of a short duration of the new paradigm of regulation of collective and diffuse rights focused on younger citizens. This article was written in an opportunistic moment of celebration with the objective for promoting a characterization mapping of the of the scientific field of studies on the Statute of Children and Adolescent through an exploratory and descriptive approach related to the researchers and publications which is methodologically based on systematic analysis.
