Abstract
The new coronavirus affected the economy in many ways, one of the segments affected was the branch of gyms, users are calling for its opening, but it is necessary to ascertain the risk of the reopening of these establishments. The benefits of physical exercise are countless, but these can be done in different places and in different ways. Which leads us to affirm that the essential is not the gym but the physical exercises and there are countless possibilities for movement such as outdoor training, at home, with video games and others.
