ANÁLISE DO COMPORTAMENTO INOVADOR NO CONTEXTO DA INDÚSTRIA 4.0

Resumo

O comportamento inovador é essencial na Indústria 4.0, pois possibilita a criação de novos produtos e serviços, a formulação de processos mais eficientes e a implementação de melhorias contínuas. A adoção de tecnologias avançadas é apenas o primeiro passo; é fundamental que os funcionários desenvolvam uma mentalidade inovadora e estejam dispostos a experimentar e buscar soluções criativas para os desafios do setor. Diante desse contexto, este artigo teve como objetivo analisar o nível de comportamento inovador dos funcionários de uma indústria 4.0. Para isso, foi realizada uma pesquisa do tipo survey com 476 colaboradores de uma empresa do setor metalmecânico, localizada na região Noroeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Foi aplicada a escala CI-CI4.0, utilizada para mensurar o comportamento inovador no contexto da Indústria 4.0, composta por seis dimensões que avaliam a presença desse comportamento. Os resultados indicaram que tanto os fatores individuais, como criatividade e busca por novas ideias, quanto os fatores organizacionais, como apoio à inovação por parte da liderança, suporte organizacional, ambiente de trabalho e mudanças organizacionais, precisam ser aprimorados e incentivados na empresa analisada. Essas melhorias são fundamentais para elevar os níveis de comportamento inovador, impulsionando a inovação em diversas áreas. Conclui-se que o comportamento inovador na Indústria 4.0 depende tanto de fatores individuais quanto organizacionais, exigindo maior investimento em suporte estrutural.
