OS PROCESSOS DE CRIAÇÃO E APROPRIAÇÃO DE VALOR EM NEGÓCIOS INTERNACIONAIS: UMA META-SÍNTESE

Resumo
A literatura sobre negócios internacionais discute estratégias para superar custos de operações no exterior, destacando vantagens e desvantagens enfrentadas por investimentos estrangeiros. Para que estes sejam bem-sucedidos empresas precisam de ativos específicos, como marcas e tecnologia, e vantagens de localização. Fatores esses que, muitas vezes, não podem ser alcançados de forma individual. Diante as rápidas mudanças nos mercados, a cooperação entre organizações se torna essencial, pois a criação de valor isolada é considerada inviável. Redes cooperativas permitem que empresas unam recursos e competências para alcançar objetivos comuns. Entretanto, as características, atividades e noções de valores são discutidos de diversas formas pela literatura sobre a temática, levando a necessidade de que conceitos sejam revistos, e discussões teóricas sejam aprimoradas. Sobre essas problemáticas, este estudo realizou uma meta-síntese de estudos de caso qualitativos, analisando artigos para caracterizar os tipos de valores envolvidos em alianças estratégicas. O trabalho propõe um modelo teórico que integra as dinâmicas de criação e apropriação de valor. Os resultados destacaram a necessidade de equilibrar estratégias de criação e apropriação, enfatizando a importância do capital social e da sinergia das parcerias. A conclusão da pesquisa destaca que a criação e apropriação de valor em negócios internacionais requerem um equilíbrio entre estratégias de gestão e a ênfase no capital social. Além disso, foram identificados diferentes tipos de valor e fatores que influenciam esses processos. A pesquisa aponta para a escassez de estudos sobre o tema, sugerindo novas investigações empíricas para aprofundar a compreensão desses processos.
