EXPERIÊNCIAS, SENTIMENTOS E O PAPEL DO CUIDADO INTEGRAL EM GESTANTES COM DIABETES TIPO 1: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA

Resumen
O presente estudo tem como objetivo avaliar a produção científica sobre os aspectos psicossociais que permeiam a gestação em mulheres com diabetes tipo 1, refletindo sobre os sentimentos e experiências vivenciados nesse período, a partir de uma revisão integrativa da literatura. A busca dos dados foi realizada nos meses de julho e agosto de 2024, consultando-se as bases Pubmed, Scielo e Portal da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde. Utilizaram-se os descritores type 1 diabetes, pregnancy, qualitative study, experiences, diabetes tipo 1, gravidez, pesquisa qualitativa e aspectos psicossociais, combinados em pares. A pesquisa abrangeu a seleção de artigos sem delimitação temporal, devido à relativa escassez de dados específicos sobre o tema, observando-se critérios estabelecidos de inclusão e exclusão. Analisaram-se 144 artigos, sendo selecionados 14 para a amostra final, após leitura criteriosa e reflexiva acerca dos principais elementos e informações dos estudos. O software IRaMuTeq, por meio da classificação hierárquica descendente e da análise de similitude, apoiou a análise dos dados. Os resultados evidenciam que as gestantes com diabetes tipo 1 enfrentam diversos desafios e podem apresentar sentimentos negativos em relação à gestação, requerendo apoio social e cuidado integral, centrado na pessoa, multidisciplinar e com atenção aos aspectos psicossociais.
