Resumen

Después de dos décadas en territorio afgano, Estados Unidos y sus aliados partieron del país en agosto de 2021. Han dejado atrás muchas incertidumbres y desafíos a una región con un amplio bagaje cultural y una posición geográfica estratégica que la hace históricamente codiciada por diversos actores geopolíticos. Este ensayo intenta reflexionar sobre los desafíos que tiene Asia Central con la nueva fase vivida en Afganistán, país vecino y que nuevamente se encuentra bajo el poder del grupo Talibán.
