DE ESTUDANTES A EMPREENDEDORES: AS FORÇAS QUE MOLDAM A INTENÇÃO EMPREENDEDORA NA GRADUAÇÃO EM ADMINISTRAÇÃO

Resumen

Neste artigo, são aplicadas a Teoria do Comportamento Planejado e a Teoria dos Fatores Motivacionais para explorar o impacto dos elementos externos na intenção empreendedora. Como método foi realizada uma abordagem quantitativa, com tratamento de dados pela análise de modelagem de equações estruturais, tendo como amostra um total de 109 alunos de graduação do curso de Administração de uma universidade pública. Os dados obtidos revelam que tanto os elementos relacionados ao convívio e ambiente escolar quanto à série acadêmica do estudante exercem influência sobre os fatores subjacentes que moldam a intenção empreendedora dos alunos. Em termos de contribuição, esta pesquisa destaca que a formação da intenção empreendedora está associada aos construtos de atitude pessoal, forças motivacionais percepção de controle comportamental, com um viés de maiores percepções ligadas ao gênero masculino, evidenciando, assim, elementos cruciais para pesquisas futuras e uma compreensão mais aprofundada do comportamento e da intenção empreendedora, vinculados a estes fatores.
