Abstract

The main objective of this essay is to promote a discussion on the disclosure of the personal data of the beneficiaries of Emergency Assistance through the Federal Government's Transparency Portal in the light of the personal data protection policy, instituted by the General Data Protection Law (Law n. 13.709/2018).
