THE TERRITORIAL BORDERS OF THE POWER RELATIONS FROM THE FIRST COMMAND IN THE CAPITAL (PCC) IN THE STATE OF RORAIMA

Abstract
This article seeks to analyze, through a case study and qualitative analises, the delimitation of power relations exercised on the political-territorial borders, defined by the sovereign power of state entities, the State of Roraima and the Municipality of Boa Vista, and power carried out by the leaders of the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC). This lidership was discoveries by public security in 2017, when OrCrim already maintained the dominance of power within the Penitenciária Agrícola de Monte Cristo, initiating the expansion of the domain of the sale of drugs and other illicit in the neighborhoods of the capital and in the municipalities in the interior of the State, in the territories with the new denominations. The study will be based on the historical-normative-deductive method, with a descriptive, exploratory and explanatory study of documental and bibliographic review.
