Abstract

This study aims to present the concepts of Organizational Culture and its typologies. It can be said that an entity's culture reflects its identity, which is the basis for management and performance of the professionals involved, however, organizations are as varied as people, since people have personalities, and organizations are no different. Because of this, we will present some concepts of organizational culture and its typologies.
