Main Article Content
Abstract
The objectives of this essay aim to analyze the human behavior in the face of a public health emergency caused by the SARS-Cov-2, which causes COVID-19. Three great thinkers and philosophers have carefully studied human nature and knowledge. John Locke (1632 – 1704) with the theory of British empiricism, Jean-Jacques Rousseau (1712 – 1778) and the natural goodness of men and, finally, Immanuel Kant (1724 – 1804) with the innate selfishness of individuals. The COVID-19 pandemic is being an important panel to analyze the behavior and nature of population in its most varied aspects.
