O VALOR PÚBLICO NO CONTEXTO DA NOVA GOVERNANÇA PÚBLICA: UMA ANÁLISE BIBLIOMÉTRICA

Resumo
Este artigo propõe uma investigação sobre os avanços do conceito de governança pública à luz do paradigma emergente do valor público. Realizado por meio de uma abordagem descritivo-exploratória, com enfoque quantitativo, o estudo busca identificar conexões entre governança pública, valor público e cultura organizacional em artigos científicos disponíveis nas bases de dados Scopus, Web of Science e Scielo, no período de 2017 a 2021, com coleta de dados realizada em maio de 2022. Destaca-se a relevância desse tema, considerando sua constante evolução na área da administração pública. O protocolo da pesquisa foi desenvolvido no StArt, e a análise dos dados contou com o suporte da ferramenta Bibliometrix no ambiente do R-Studio. Os resultados revelam a busca contínua por preencher lacunas nos contextos públicos, enfatizando a criação de valor público como métrica crucial para avaliar o desempenho dos gestores públicos. A discussão em torno do valor público se consolida como elemento essencial na compreensão e mensuração do sucesso das estratégias de gestão pública, destacando a importância de direcionar esforços para uma administração mais eficiente e orientada para resultados.
