TECHNOSTRESS E COPING: APRECIAÇÃO DA PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA NA BASE WEB OF SCIENCE

Resumo
Este estudo tem como objetivo difundir as características das publicações internacionais envolvendo a temática do technostress e do enfrentamento em um período de 20 anos (2003-2022). A pesquisa foi realizada na base de dados Web of Science. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliométrica com o intuito de detectar aspectos essenciais das publicações acadêmicas, assim como apreciar e confrontar a produção científica dos autores que mais publicaram sobre o tema, versus os artigos mais citados no mesmo período, entre outros indicadores. Os resultados revelaram 86 publicações, todas escritas em língua inglesa, sendo a maioria em formato de artigo, além de um crescimento exponencial de pesquisas no ano de 2022. A área temática que mais apareceu foi a Sistemas de Informação em Ciência da Computação. Quanto ao periódico mais relevante, encontrou-se o Computers in Human Bahavior, com maior número de artigos entre os 86 encontrados, assim como entre os 10 mais citados. A Alemanha foi o país de destaque, tendo o maior número de estudos publicados, assim como englobar o pesquisador (Tim Weitzel) e a Universidade (Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg) que mais publicaram no período. Outro dado encontrado, foi que das 10 publicações mais citadas, apenas 3 são de autores que mais publicaram no período. Ressalta-se que o número de publicações é relativamente pequeno, contudo, abrange pesquisadores de diferentes Instituições e países/regiões, revelando o interesse recente pela temática.
