COMPORTAMENTOS AMBIENTAIS E VOLUNTÁRIOS? VISITANDO OS ITINERÁRIOS DE PESQUISA E DESENHANDO OPORTUNIDADES PARA A PRÁTICA DO COMPORTAMENTO DE CIDADANIA ORGANIZACIONAL PARA O MEIO AMBIENTE

Resumo
O comportamento de cidadania organizacional para o meio ambiente (CCO-MA) tem se revelado como um importante fator estratégico para garantir maior desempenho ambiental e organizacional. Com isso, o objetivo deste estudo consiste em analisar o estado da arte sobre o CCO-MA, com vistas a apresentar o cenário atual de pesquisas a partir dos itinerários da produção científica internacional. Além disso, por meio das lacunas identificadas, uma agenda de pesquisa foi desenhada. A partir de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, realizada na Web of Science, retornaram 30 estudos, os quais constituíram o corpus amostral do estudo. Os resultados, analisados pelo software R e RStudio com o pacote Bibliometrix e o software VOSviewer, revelaram o perfil dos estudos deste campo de pesquisam, como se concebe a estrutura conceitual, a partir da análise de acoplamento bibliográfico, e a estrutura intelectual, por meio da análise de historiografia. Além disso, oportunidades de pesquisa foram desenhadas pelas lacunas de pesquisa encontradas. Até onde se sabe essa é a primeira revisão realizada sobre a temática, em que se apresenta importantes contribuições para o avanço progressivo do campo a partir da sistematização do conhecimento disponível
