TRANSFORMAÇÃO DIGITAL NA JUSTIÇA MILITAR: DESAFIOS E OPORTUNIDADES DA INTELIGÊNCIA ARTIFICIAL

Resumo
Este artigo explora a aplicação da Inteligência Artificial (IA) na Justiça, com foco na Justiça Militar da União, com o objetivo de investigar os desafios éticos, técnicos e legais, bem como a acessibilidade, associados ao uso da IA nesse contexto. A pesquisa busca compreender como a implantação da IA pode contribuir para a eficiência, inclusão social, celeridade processual e tomada de decisões na Justiça, em particular na Justiça Militar. Para alcançar esses objetivos, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura, seguindo o método PRISMA. Os resultados mostraram uma lacuna na literatura existente sobre o tema, indicando a ausência de pesquisas da aplicação de IA junto a tribunais e cortes militares. A pesquisa destaca a importância de investigar e compreender os desafios e oportunidades específicos que surgem ao utilizar a IA nesse ramo da justiça. Espera-se que os resultados desta pesquisa contribuam para os estudiosos do direito e para os profissionais envolvidos na administração da justiça militar, preenchendo uma lacuna na literatura existente. A conclusão ressalta a necessidade de estudos científicos adicionais sobre a temática em tela e destaca a importância de considerar os aspectos éticos e morais no uso dessa tecnologia em processos judiciais.
