Resumo
Este ensaio busca discutir o significado econômico e estratégico da Parceria Econômica Regional Abrangente (RCEP), destacando eventos conjunturais recentes que envolvem avanços em suas negociações, assim como faz uma breve reflexão sobre os possíveis significados da RCEP para a região e para transformações na estrutura de poder global.
